Thematic Capital Group (TCG), a privately held industrial real estate investment firm, has closed on the acquisition of a strategically located industrial outdoor storage (IOS) site at 5004 15th St E in Bradenton, Florida.

The property comprises 2.41 acres of IOS supported by a 10,300-square-foot industrial warehouse, providing functional outdoor storage capacity for service-oriented and logistics users throughout the Tampa – Sarasota corridor.

The site is occupied by Lambert’s Cable Splicing (“Lambert’s”), an industry-leading utility contractor founded in 1967, and owned by Dycom Industries (NYSE: DY). The property serves as a mission-critical operating location for Lambert’s, supporting the receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment and materials.

This acquisition reinforces TCG’s continued focus on scarce, infill industrial assets with durable tenancy and leasing flexibility in supply-constrained markets throughout the Sunbelt region.
