Led by Bernard Clevens, this strategic acquisition aligns with TCG’s value-add strategy as the leases were renegotiated during due diligence. At Closing, the asset is now leased to a single credit tenant in the Space Industry with a meaningful rent prepayment. The asset offers a near-term mark-to-market opportunity.

The property features clear-span industrial space, a mezzanine build-out, and excellent accessibility to I-95, Port Canaveral, and Orlando, supporting long-term tenant demand and market growth.
