Thematic Capital Group (TCG), a privately held industrial real estate investment firm, has closed on the acquisition of 2032 S 51st Street, a low coverage IOS asset situated on 2.96 acres in the East Tampa submarket – one of Florida’s fastest-growing industrial corridors.

The transaction was purchased as a 5-year sale leaseback. During the contract period, Seller exited their business to United Rentals, providing a mark-to-credit opportunity for TCG given our going-in cap rate.
