Recent Acquisitions

  • 301 Mango Tree Drive – Edgewater, FL (Edgewater Market):
  • In April 2025, Thematic Capital Group acquired a 19,352 SF leased industrial building for $2.8M. Strategically positioned, this asset supports the team’s expansion in the Edgewater market.

  • 907–909 Charles Beall Blvd – DeBary, FL (Sanford Market):
  • Acquired in July 2025, this asset further deepens the company’s presence in Central Florida, complementing its industrial holdings in growth corridors.

  • 485 Gus Hipp Blvd – Rockledge, FL (Palm Bay–Melbourne–Titusville Market):
  • Acquired in August 2024, this 30,051 SF property sits on 2.47 acres and was built in 1989. Secured with a 10-year NNN lease, the asset benefits from strong demand in the Space Coast market and proximity to key employers along I-95 and U.S. Route 1.
